We provide various services to help enrich the lives of individuals with disabilities in the community. We welcome individuals from all different backgrounds and accommodate for NDIS agency managed, plan-managed and self – managed participants. We also accommodate non-NDIS participants.
Our variety of disability support services include:
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Companionship and leisure activity support
- Providing respite for carers
- Personal care assistance
- Overnight care

Domestic Services
We recognise the importance of maintaining the home and aim to support our clients to achieve clean and comfortable living environments.
Aged & Home Care Support Services
Our variety of support services we can provide to people in their home can include assistance with activities of daily living, administering medication and providing overall companionship throughout the day
Community Nursing Cares
At Chumed Surecare, we are multifaceted in our approach to improving the daily lives of our clients. Among our staff is a Registered Nurse who is able to provide our clients with professional nursing services suited to their needs.
Our nursing care services include:
- Dispensing and administering medications for clients
- Wound care
- Overnight care
We provide our clients with professional nursing cares to respond to the disability-related health needs of a participant
Recreational Activities, Social and Community Engagement
Chumed Surecare recognises that engaging meaningfully in the community is a goal for every individual in society. We actively embolden our clients to pursue fulfilling recreational activities that are unique to each individual, serving to instil a sense of inclusivity in local communities.
Our carers can provide you in-house or community social support suited to your preferences. You can choose to enjoy companionship within the comfort of your own home or be encouraged to participate in various recreational activities in the community with the support of our friendly carers.
Transport Services
Our trusted staff deliver transport services suited for clients’ needs. Whether you need transport to events, appointments or a simple meeting with friends, Chumed Surecare staff are able to provide you with this service
